1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zen Core Digital website (https://zencoredigital.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

2. Services

Zen Core Digital provides WordPress development, website troubleshooting, performance optimization, security hardening, digital marketing, and ecommerce solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate project proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

Our standard pricing tiers are as follows:

• Fix Plan ($299 one-time): Single issue diagnosis and fix, up to 4 hours of work, 48-hour turnaround.
• Build Plan (from $2,499): Custom WordPress development projects scoped to your requirements.
• Grow Plan ($799/month): Ongoing maintenance, optimization, security monitoring, and marketing.

Custom project pricing will be provided in a detailed proposal. Payment terms are net 15 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee on outstanding balances.

4. Project Process

Our engagement process follows four phases:

1. Diagnose: We audit your site from server to frontend, identifying bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities.
2. Fix: Critical issues are resolved first — bugs, security holes, and performance killers.
3. Optimize: We push performance through caching, CDN tuning, database optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
4. Scale: Ongoing monitoring, marketing, and iterative improvements for sustained growth.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to hosting environments, admin panels, and necessary credentials
• Provide content, branding assets, and feedback within agreed timelines
• Maintain current backups of their website before work begins
• Designate a primary point of contact for project communications

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and methodologies developed during the engagement. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and open-source components remain under their original licenses.

7. Warranties & Support

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Our Build plan includes a 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes related to the delivered work. Our Fix plan includes a 7-day support window. The Grow plan provides ongoing support as part of the monthly retainer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Core Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, credentials, business data, or trade secrets shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. For monthly retainer plans (Grow), the client may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Upon termination, we will provide all project files and access credentials to the client.

11. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; (c) reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent; (d) use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the site without permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
